  1. Precautions for the First-time Use:

(1)After unpacking the product and confirming that all accessories are included (rice scoop *1, measuring cup *1, power cord *1, dual-purpose pot base *1, alloy inner pot *1, glass lid *1), check for completeness.

(2)Clean these items thoroughly using a soft cleaning cloth, and make sure they are completely dry before use.

(3)Before inserting the cleaned inner pot into the main body of the electric pressure cooker, wipe the outer surface of the inner pot dry.

(4)When inserting the inner pot, ensure it is placed vertically and horizontally within the main unit, ensuring good contact between the inner pot and the bottom heating plate.

(5)During the initial heating and use of the product, you may notice a slight odor and some minimal smoke. These are normal occurrences. These situations will not recur as you continue to use the product. If you hear a "cracking" sound during use, it is due to the heat change of the heating element, not a device malfunction, and it is considered normal.

Detailed Explanation of the Operating Area

After powering on the product, the display screen will show "0000," indicating that the machine is in standby mode. Depending on your needs, select a function from the menu. The selected function button will flash for 3 seconds, then the machine will enter working mode, and the display screen will show the default time for the currently selected function menu.

Customization Function Buttons:

(1) On the panel of the 6L product, there are "+'' and "-" buttons. The "+" button is used to increase the heat level and time incrementally, while the "-" button is used to decrease the heat level and time.

(2) On the panel of the 4.5L product, there is a rotary-style function button. You can turn the button left or right to select the desired function menu. When setting the heat level and time, turning the knob left or right will increment or decrement them accordingly.

Keep Warm/Cancel Button:

When a function menu is selected or the product is in working mode, pressing the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button will cancel the current working state. In standby mode, pressing the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button will directly activate the keep warm function. In this mode, the "Keep Warm" indicator light will be constantly on, and the display screen will show "00:06". All other indicator lights will turn off. The maximum keep warm duration is 12 hours, and you can cancel the keep warm state by pressing the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button again. (Note: The hot pot function menu does not have a keep warm feature.)

Reservation Button:

After selecting a function menu, press the "Reservation" button. The reservation indicator light will turn on. For the 6L product, you can adjust the reservation time using the "+/-" buttons, while for the 4.5L product, you can adjust the reservation time using the rotary knob. Once the reservation time is set, the selected function and the "Reservation" indicator light will stay on, and the display screen will start counting down, showing the remaining reservation time.

In reservation mode, if you need to cancel the reservation, you can press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to return to standby mode. The maximum reservation time for the reservation function is 24 hours. (Note: The hot pot function does not support reservations.)

Single function button area

(1)Fast Rice:Using high pressure and high-temperature cooking methods allows for quick cooking of ingredients, thus saving time and energy. This approach is suitable for a busy lifestyle where efficiency in food preparation is essential.

(2)Slow Rice:Slow-cooking rice typically involves using low heat to slowly simmer or steam the rice, resulting in a soft and fluffy texture. This method is suitable for individuals who have specific preferences for the texture of rice and want it to be soft and fluffy.

(3)Thin Congee:The basic method for making rice porridge is to bring white rice and water to a boil together, then simmer them until the rice becomes thick and porridge-like. This involves cooking the rice for an extended period until it becomes soft and mushy, resulting in a creamy and thick porridge.

(4)Thick Congee:Using more water and cooking it to a thinner consistency, unlike the thick and creamy texture of rice porridge. During preparation, the rice is cooked until it slightly breaks apart but still retains some whole rice grains. This style of cooking is typically used to make a thinner and less dense rice soup.

(5)Soup:Using a variety of ingredients and seasonings, you can simmer or boil them together to create a rich and flavorful soup.

(6)Stew:A slow cooking method that involves simmering meat with liquid, typically water, to make it tender, juicy, and enhance its flavor, such as pork, beef, etc., is known as "braising."

(7)Simmer:Suitable for cooking ingredients that are difficult to stew to tenderness, such as beans, tendons, etc.

(8)Braise:Placing ingredients in a sealed container and slow-cooking them in their own juices or sauce using indirect heat sources to enhance flavor and maintain the moisture of the ingredients is referred to as "braising."

Explanation of the Dual-Purpose Cooking Zone

The function buttons in this area are primarily designed to complement the use of a dual-purpose cooking pot. Using this function in conjunction with the included dual-purpose cooking pot allows for multi-dish cooking in a single pot, greatly improving cooking efficiency. For detailed information about the functions and specific references, please refer to the user manual's recommendations.

Dual-Purpose Button Function Panel

(1)Rice:You can use the dual-purpose cooking pot to cook two different types of main course rice, such as white rice and coarse grain rice.

(2)Congee:You can use the dual-purpose cooking pot to cook two different types of congee, such as plain rice congee and eight-treasure congee.

(3)4-pot: Suitable for combining the dual-purpose cooking pot and the dual-purpose steaming tray, allowing you to cook four different ingredients simultaneously.

(4)3-pot:Suitable for combining the alloy cooking pot and the dual-purpose steaming tray, allowing you to cook three different ingredients simultaneously.。

4、Function Introduction of Double-flavor hot pot

(1)With the lid open, press the "Hot Pot" button and wait for 3 seconds for the machine to enter the working state. At this point, for the 4.5L product, you can adjust the heat level using the "knob" to control the intensity of the heat. For the 6L product, you can adjust the heat level using the "+/-" buttons to control the intensity of the heat. The hot pot mode has a total of 6 heat settings, with P1 being the lowest heat level and P6 being the highest heat level. (Note: There is no heat preservation function in the hot pot mode, but you can set the heat mode to P1 to maintain a warm state.)

(2)The hot pot mode requires the lid to be open while using, so you can use it in conjunction with a glass lid. When cooking in the hot pot mode, please use wooden spoons, wooden spatulas, or heat-resistant plastic utensils to stir and handle the food. Avoid using metal knives, spoons, or spatulas, as they can potentially damage the non-stick coating inside the pot.

(3)During operation, if you need to cancel the hot pot mode, simply press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button, and the machine will return to standby mode.
