Is it normal to see an excessive amount of condensation water after opening the lid?

This is a normal phenomenon, and there is no need to worry

Is it normal to have a rubbery smell the first time I use a new pot that I purchased?

During the initial heating and usage, there may be a slight odor and a little bit of smoke. This is a normal occurrence, and it will not persist with continued usage.

Is it a problem if you hear a 'click' sound while using the electric pressure cooker?

If you hear a 'click' sound during use, it is due to the thermal expansion of the heating element, not a device malfunction. Please feel free to continue using it.

Does the Demaqi electric pressure cooker make noise while cooking rice? Is it normal to have a relatively loud noise?

Under normal circumstances, there should be no noise. If you hear any noise, please check if the valve body is in a sealed position. If there is noise initially, inspect the inner pot to see if there is water at the bottom; if there is water, please wipe it dry

Can I place the electric pressure cooker on the stove?

The electric pressure cooker should not be placed on top of a stove for use.

"How do I know if my food is cooked?

Each function has a corresponding working time, and after it's done, you will hear three beeps from the buzzer. If you don't hear it, the digital display will show 'bb,' indicating that the task is complete and the ingredients are ready

How do you release the pressure after cooking?

This pot has a one-button pressure release function; simply press it to release pressure. For liquid or semi-solid foods, it is recommended to wait for natural cooling, or you can cover the lid with a damp cloth to facilitate cooling

Electric pressure cookers are originally designed as energy-saving products; once the pressure reaches the set pressure level, they do not consume electricity, so they are not energy-intensive

What should I do if the lid doesn't close properly?
